Technical Help

If you encounter any technical problems during the course:

For problems with Blackboard or other technical issues involved in completing course work, contact E-Support at 212-220-8126 or at esupport@bmcc.cuny.edu. You can also go in person to the E-Learning Center, room S-501a, just inside the Learning Resource Center.
For problems with BMCC email (other than simple password resets), contact the College Computing Center at BMCC at 212-220-8002 or at Student_helpdesk@bmcc.cuny.edu.
Please do not ask me to fix technical problems; unfortunately, I don't have the expertise or systems access- contact E-Support or the College Computing Center first, and then if the problem is not easily fixed, email me to let me know what problem you are having and what you have done with E-Support or the College Computing Center so far to try and fix it.
Continue to call E-Support or the College Computing Center until the problem is resolved, and keep updating me about your progress until the problem is fixed.
